If you’ve always wanted a place on the water, this is it! The lot is approximately 1+/- acre on the wide part of Dog River, near the historic Alba Hunting and Fishing Club. The street side is heavily wooded for great privacy and faces River Forest Drive. An underbrush clearing on two-thirds of the property has just been completed. Enjoy peaceful water views of Dog River, and at dusk, you can enjoy breath-taking sunsets. Your choice of a future bulkhead or a living shoreline may be made in the future. For the present, this lot has the protection from wave action by a large marsh island across the wide canal on the water side. Direct access to boating, canoeing, kayaking, fishing, and all that the river has to offer. You’ll soon agree “Life is Good on the River”!  One of the sellers is a licensed real estate agent in the State of Alabama. The listing agent is related to the sellers.
