A marketing and public relations professional, Jennifer has served as the Sam Winter & Co. Marketing/Social Media Director since early 2014. She is also employed as Director of Marketing and Development at United Cerebral Palsy of Mobile, where she leads fundraising efforts for the organization’s programs serving individuals with disabilities across South Alabama. Prior to joining UCP of Mobile, Jennifer has done a little bit of everything in the marketing and public relations industry–from advertising agency account management, to in-house marketing and adjunct teaching at the college level. She’s also owned her own marketing consulting business, jdotcooley, LLC, since 2013.

Over her 20-year career, Jennifer has worked on a diverse client list that includes non-profits, healthcare, tourism, real estate, manufacturers, restaurants, financial services, and retail. Along with traditional marketing, media buying, and public relations experience, Jennifer has an extensive background in digital marketing and content development. Jennifer holds a M.A. in Communication from the University of South Alabama and a B.A. in Communication Arts from Spring Hill College.

A lifelong resident of Mobile, Jennifer lives in West Mobile with her husband Bryan and her sons Elliot and Charlie.
