Born and raised in mobile, his deep roots in the community and lifelong interest in the local market give him a distinct advantage when helping clients buy and sell properties.

Wiley’s professional foundation is built on more than five years of commercial construction experience, where he managed multimillion-dollar projects before founding his own successful construction firm in January 2025. He is a licensed Alabama Home Builder and an active member of the National Association of Home Builders (NAHB), the Home Builders Association of Alabama (HBAA), and the Home Builders Association of Metro Mobile (HBAMM), where he is involved with the young professionals committee and remodelers’ council. Wiley doesn’t just look at a house, he understands its structure, its quality, and its real value.

Wiley joined Sam Winter & Co. in 2026 as a licensed real estate agent. As an active real estate investor who owns and manages multiple income-producing properties, he provides first-hand knowledge of market trends and property potential. Wiley is a member of the National Association of REALTORS® (NAR), the Alabama Association of REALTORS® (AAR), and the Mobile Area Association of REALTORS® (MAAR). He also stays involved in the local business community through the Mobile Chamber of Commerce. Wiley is married to the former Jillian Lami, whose family owns and operates a local legacy, Stauter-Built Boats. Outside of work, Wiley is a fitness advocate, a Crimson Tide fan, and loves being outdoors, especially out on the water in his Stauter Boat. Most of all, he enjoys spending time with his wife, Jillian, and their daughter, Lila. His family actively attends Corpus Christi Catholic Church. Wiley is also involved in community and faith organizations, including the Men of St. Joseph and Knights of Columbus.
