Sam is a native Mobilian and he graduated from Auburn University with a Bachelor of Arts Degree in Communications in 2004. Shortly after graduating, he earned his real estate license and began his career with Roberts Brothers, Inc. In February 2013, he started his own company – Sam Winter and Company, Inc. Real Estate. It’s a highly professional real estate company serving sellers and buyers in Mobile and Baldwin Counties.

Sam has been identified as a leader in both the civic arena and the real estate community. He earned the Council of Residential Specialist designation, which is an honor held by only 4% of residential REALTORS® nationwide. He has earned the Commitment to Excellence (C2EX) endorsement from the National Association of REALTORS®. The endorsement goes to REALTORS® who have demonstrated knowledge and competency in 10 core areas of real estate practice. He is a past President of the Mobile Area Association of Realtors and has been awarded Realtor of the Year.

With over 20 years of experience, Sam has closed over 850 transactions with a total sales volume of over $200 million. These achievements reflect his deep market knowledge, strong negotiating skills, and proven track record of success. Sam strives for excellence and enjoys the daily challenges of real estate.
